Broadcasts are now invite-only
Starting today, the broadcasts feature on Unosend is invite-only. Broadcasts are available exclusively to Enterprise customers and organizations sending 1M+ emails per month. If you're on a smaller plan, this feature won't be visible in your dashboard.
Why we made this change
Deliverability is everything. When you send an email through Unosend, it needs to land in the inbox, not spam. Our transactional email infrastructure has consistently maintained delivery rates above 97%, and we intend to keep it that way.
Broadcasts (bulk marketing emails sent to audiences) carry inherently higher risk. A single user sending to a poorly maintained list can impact sender reputation for everyone on shared infrastructure. We've seen this pattern across the industry, and we're not going to let it happen here.
By making broadcasts invite-only, we can:
- ●Vet senders before they send. We review your use case and list hygiene practices before granting access.
- ●Protect shared IP reputation. Fewer bad actors means better inbox placement for everyone.
- ●Maintain our delivery rates. Our 97%+ delivery rate isn't an accident, and we're keeping it that way.
- ●Provide better support. With a smaller, vetted pool of broadcast senders, we can offer more hands-on deliverability guidance.
Who can access broadcasts?
- ●Enterprise plan customers get broadcasts enabled automatically.
- ●Organizations sending 1M+ emails/month can request access.
- ●If you don't fall into either category, broadcasts are not available at this time.
What this means for existing users
If you already have broadcast access, nothing changes. Your access is grandfathered in, and you can continue sending broadcasts as before.
How to request access
If you're on an Enterprise plan or sending 1M+ emails per month, reach out to us at support@unosend.co with:
- 1.Your organization name on Unosend
- 2.Your use case. What kind of emails will you send?
- 3.Your list size. How many contacts do you plan to email?
- 4.How you collect contacts. We need to verify opt-in practices.
We typically review requests within 24 hours.
Our commitment
Unosend is built for developers who need reliable email infrastructure. Every decision we make, including this one, is in service of that mission. We'd rather have fewer broadcast senders with excellent deliverability than open the floodgates and watch inbox rates drop.
